Hill Tide Breaks Ground in Austin, Texas with Cameron HiLine Development

Hill Tide Partners has started construction on Cameron HiLine, a 227-unit, Class A affordable housing community in Austin’s Windsor Park neighborhood. Supported by the LIHTC program, this project will serve multiple income bands from 30% to 80% of area median income, delivering high-quality, sustainable homes and new community amenities.
